Using several components of Influence Health’s Digital Marketing Cloud (DMC), Meridian Health initiated a multi-channel cardiovascular service line campaign beginning in April 2016. The campaign targeted prospective patients through traditional and digital channels.
The two-pronged strategy of Meridian Health’s campaign started with building a qualified base of cardiovascular service line patients through targeted marketing efforts aimed at increasing the volume of vascular screenings and cardiologist referral calls/searches. This was accomplished through targeted email and direct mail, Facebook and Google ads, as well as optimized web content. All channels leveraged conversion landing pages and/or trackable phone numbers for immediate lead tracking and follow-up.
