Legacy Health began running a multi-channel bariatrics marketing campaign in 2015 that included direct mail, paid search, and social ads. They were only able to see reports on overall utilization, but channel-specific metrics were in a “black hole” after the click. They looked to Influence Health for a new lead management platform. Once implemented, Legacy worked with Influence Health to set up platform demonstrations for their clinical partners, scripts for the Call Center, and workflows for targeted audiences. With the new technology and processes in place, Legacy’s marketing team had access to real-time data in the lead management dashboard and held strategic check-ins to discuss optimizations based on data – all of which helped them consistently fine-tuned their strategy to achieve successful, measurable results.
