Fremont Health identified an opportunity to better prepare expectant moms – and their significant others – for the birth of their child, as well as labor & delivery, breastfeeding, proper installation of car seats, infant immunizations, and more through educational in-person and online classes and programs prior to their delivery. Fremont used Influence Health’s CRM technology and strategic support team to develop highly effective campaign targeting.

Using CRM data, Fremont could accurately and effectively engage with patients through both marketing automation and a trigger campaign; including email, direct mail, and mobile. Ultimately, Fremont’s goal was for the individual to respond to the CTA, attend a childbirth preparation class(es), and deliver her baby at Fremont Health.
