WakeMed Health & Hospitals recently transitioned their dated CMS to an optimized site with Influence Health. The most obvious challenge with the old platform was that it wasn’t responsive for mobile devices, so as WakeMed began seeing a big increase in devices used by consumers accessing their website, in addition to the fact that Google was giving optimized sites higher rankings, they knew it was time for a change.
