As the Senior Director of Customer Marketing, April is responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships through engaging marketing and communication initiatives. She is zealous about continually increasing customer engagement, collaboration, advocacy, retention, loyalty, and success.
With over 12 years of marketing experience, she has lead efforts for digital strategy, sales enablement, communications, PR, creative services, social media, events, marketing automation, tradeshows, branding, enhancing the customer experience, and more. She has spent her career in marketing roles for healthcare technology companies and is passionate about helping healthcare organizations thrive and patients and consumers lead healthier lives. April is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Business, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she earned a Masters of Business Administration. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, tennis, yoga, and spending time with her family.
