Oakman’s appointment comes at an exciting time as Influence Health accelerates the delivery of its Consumer Experience Platform (CXP) and complementary marketing managed services, having achieved 300 percent year-over-year growth.

Oakman is an accomplished executive who brings to the table more than 20 years of operational leadership experience, including a former COO role at SunGard, now FIS. An experienced strategic planner adept at building operating balanced scorecards, detailing McKinsey 7S models, executing Topgrading resource coaching and designing leadership training programs, he is both a designer and deliverer of customer value with proven project management, Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and Lean Six Sigma delivery methodologies.
