Influence Health Acquires BrightWhistle

Influence Health, provider of the healthcare industry’s only integrated digital consumer engagement and activation platform, announced today the acquisition of BrightWhistle, Inc., the only healthcare-specific, digital marketing platform provider with direct access to the Facebook ads API and Google AdWords API.  With the addition of BrightWhistle, Influence Health will extend its capabilities to help healthcare marketers acquire more new patients and engage existing patients through persistent digital influence.

“The explosion of digital channels means marketers must now take multiple approaches to touch individual consumers and influence their choices, behaviors, and even their loyalty,” states Kyra Hagan, SVP, Digital Marketing Solutions, Influence Health. “BrightWhistle’s Facebook, paid search and patient remarketing solutions have proven to be effective and we are excited to add these capabilities to our platform. With BrightWhistle, we can provide our clients the full platform needed to reach the right people, with the right information at the right time, to improve clinical and financial outcomes, and build stronger patient relationships.”

“As partners, we have had great success in helping our mutual clients leverage a multi-channel approach to solve their most pressing marketing challenges. In working together for almost three years, we have determined it to be both an excellent cultural and technological fit, which makes the acquisition a win for both our people and the market. Our team could not be more excited about the future,” states Greg Foster, CEO, BrightWhistle.

Over the coming months, Influence Health will integrate BrightWhistle’s award-winning patient acquisition and engagement capabilities into its sophisticated healthcare marketing platform—making it the only solution provider organizations can utilize to plan, execute, and measure integrated programs that span multiple channels including print, email, social, and the web.

“Influence Health and BrightWhistle have had a very successful strategic partnership because our companies share the same vision—that the path to success for healthcare requires a thoughtful approach to persistent, digital influence,” stated Peter Kuhn, CEO, Influence Health. “We look forward to incorporating their award-winning solutions and experienced digital marketing technology professionals into our business.”
