Influence Health, the healthcare industry’s leading consumer experience solution provider, today announced that Freeman Health System has expanded its engagement to include Influence Health’s customer relationship management (CRM) solution. A nationally recognized health system comprised of 70 specialties and 300 physicians, Freeman Health System joins a growing number of customers implementing Influence Health’s complete consumer experience platform.
“We recognized the need to consolidate and integrate our marketing systems for a more cohesive view of our consumer experience,” said Elizabeth Syer, director of marketing at Freeman Health System. “As an Influence Health customer for over a year, the company’s experts have become intimately involved in our organization’s marketing efforts, and we trusted them to be our exclusive vendor.”
In addition to Influence Health’s CRM, Freeman Health System utilizes the company’s Content Management System (CMS), Directory Listings Management and Unified Lead Management. Beyond its technology solutions, Freeman Health System also employs Influence Health for strategic services. To optimize the health system’s digital presence, for example, Influence Health took a deep dive into its business objectives, reviewed analytics, and conducted patient journey mapping to determine how visitors were engaging with its site. Leveraging insights gathered, Influence Health developed Freeman Health System’s personas and provided strategic recommendations for the health systems’ new website, which is currently being implemented. With Influence Health’s complete consumer experience platform, in addition to its strategic services, Freeman Health is better poised to effectively engage consumers and deliver a superior online experience.
“By delivering relevant content at the right time in a buyer’s journey, Influence Health helps us achieve meaningful conversions with healthcare consumers,” said Syer. “In addition, through building and maintaining an omni-channel digital experience, we’ll provide healthcare consumers with a convenient, more personalized experience and position ourselves as an innovative industry leader in our market.”
