Influence Health, the healthcare industry’s leading consumer experience solution provider, today announced that it has achieved significant bookings growth in the first half of 2018, including 43 percent year-over-year growth in its Consumer Experience Platform (CXP) solutions as compared to the same period in the prior year.

In a recent Black Book survey, 90 percent of patients responded that they no longer feel obligated to stay with healthcare providers that don't deliver an overall satisfactory digital experience, and 88 percent of respondents under age 40 said they will choose their next medical provider based on a strong online presence.

Contributing to the company’s first-half growth is a 131 percent increase in bookings for its turnkey multi-channel campaign managed marketing services, fueled by provider organizations’ urgent need to respond to emerging threats in competitive markets. The services are frequently promoted in conjunction with Influence Health’s healthcare customer relationship management (HCRM) solution to accelerate strategic service line growth objectives, optimize payer mix and generate the highest possible return on data assets.

Due to high differentiation in a mature market space, the company saw bookings for its next generation web content management system (CMS), Convert on Demand 10, grow by 83 percent in the first half of 2018, fueled by a healthy mix of small community hospital contracts and larger enterprise deals.

Since launching the CMS in early 2017, Influence Health has partnered with more than 70 hospitals and facilities to quickly launch new consumer websites.
